1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Habitas ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Habitas is an AI-powered interior design platform that allows users to upload room photos, generate AI-powered design variants, compare options, and receive actionable execution plans. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Habitas offers Free, Starter ($12/mo), and Pro ($29/mo) plans. Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Generation limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused generations do not roll over. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all photos, images, and content you upload to Habitas. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of generating AI design variants.
You agree not to upload content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains illegal or harmful material
- Violates the privacy of others
- Contains malicious code or scripts
6. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated design variants are provided for visualization and planning purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated images are not architectural blueprints and should not be used as sole basis for construction decisions.
You may use AI-generated designs and execution plans for personal and commercial interior design projects. You may not resell AI-generated content as a standalone product.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms
- Circumvent usage limits or access controls
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Interfere with the Service infrastructure
8. Intellectual Property
The Habitas platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Habitas. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described.
9. Limitation of Liability
Habitas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from reliance on AI-generated designs or execution plans.
10. Data Deletion
Deleted projects are soft-deleted and permanently removed after 30 days. You can request complete account deletion and data removal by contacting us at support@habitas.ai.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
